The Scientific Computing and Imaging Institute (SCI) at the University of Utah is a multi-disciplinary research group that brings together researchers and students to collaborate on developing cutting-edge data visualization, scientific computing, data management and analytics, and image analysis solutions and apply them to a broad range of science and engineering domains.The SCI IT group provides a wide range of computing services to the institute, including personal computing machines (laptops/desktops/servers), IT infrastructure (networking, web, databases, storage, cloud services, etc.), high-performance computing clusters, as well as fostering collaboration with other scientific groups across the world.
