About the Team
We are a fast paced, collaborative group of Program Managers who drive impact and promote excellence within the Global Support Organization. Focused on assisting Customer Support teams and our support mates and lead scaling to meet our customer growth.

About the Role
In this role, you will be responsible for driving the development and delivery of federal customer support program requirements, creating processes where needed to attain and maintain FedRAMP certification for the global support workstream, leading related communications and enablement, and managing overall program governance and documentation. You also will help lead other key projects and programs for the organization. You should be self-motivated with high attention to detail and possess the ability to prioritize and drive issues to resolution across multiple workstreams.
Understand program requirements and gaps, prioritize and drive development plans, and ensure adoption and ongoing effectiveness
Lead program governance with executive leadership, stakeholders, and supporting teams
Establish policies, operation procedures, and detailed process documentation as required to meet federal government contract requirements
Drive development and manage ongoing operations for Workday's Global Support Federal Program including FedRAMP and NIST 800 compliance
Identify technical systems capabilities and enhancements required, and collaborate with Workday Business Technology to ensure effective delivery
Lead enablement for support analysts including communications, training, and support resources
Maintain federal feature roadmap and communicate to appropriate Workday leadership and sales teams
Manage cross-functional project teams to ensure effective delivery of federal requirements
About You
Basic Qualifications (Principal PM)
- 10+ years of experience in PMO/program management leadership
8+ years in enterprise software application support
Basic Qualifications (Senior PM)
- 6+ years of experience in PMO/Program Management leadership
6+ years in enterprise software application support
Other Qualifications
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and exemplary program management skills
- Successful leadership in federal program management or delivery of federal contracting and security beneficial
- Ab lity to identify dependencies between complex programs/projects and determine impact.
- Problem solver capable of translating issues into simple terms to facilitate discussion and decision
- Excellent organizational, presentation and communication skills
- Effective in and experienced in managing cross functional relationships
Workday Pay Transparency Statement
The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below. Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants. Each candidate's compensation offer will be based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, geography, experience, skills, job duties, and business need, among other things. Primary Location: USA.GA.Atlanta
Primary Location Base Pay Range: $144,000 USD - $216,000 USD
Additional US Location(s) Base Pay Range: $136,800 USD - $240,000 USD
