University of Utah Sr. Clinical Veterinarian in SALT LAKE CITY, Utah
Independently provides clinical care to research animals. The Clinical Veterinarian will be responsible for providing care to research animals in assigned facilities, including the observation of animals, diagnosis and treatment of clinical conditions, prescription and monitoring of necessary medications, and maintenance of animal health records. They will also assist researchers in protocol development, animal model selection and optimization, and proper animal care practices. Our veterinarians work with a wide range of species and models for human disease.
