Description
The Project Manager will lead the training, management, and successful implementation of the TrialScope product suite—including TS Disclose (formerly PharmaCM), Core Data, Trialsummaries.com, and TrialScope Intelligence—while maintaining a customer-first mindset.The Project Manager will support the TrialScope Implementation team on assigned projects from inception to completion, handling day-to-day project management activities. This person will also be the Subject Matter Expert on the Clinical Trial Transparency & Disclosure Regulations and the TrialScope product suite and will support usage and customer satisfaction, working closely with the Citeline Account Managers. The Project Manager will work closely with the business development, technical and support teams, taking directions on specific tasks and liaising with the customer teams in order to support project success, measured by meeting timelines and budget. They will report to the Principal Project Manager.
Location: Remote (US & Canada)
Responsibilities
Manage and deliver successful customer implementations and projects
Train business and technical users on the product
Build customer loyalty by providing exceptional service
Collaborate with the technical team to ensure application meets customer needs
Ensure that project teams follow TrialScope standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Assist customer with current and future state business process definition
Interact with Support team to ensure a smooth hypercare period and handover post implementation
Maintain a familiarity with global disclosure and transparency requirements and climate
Assist management in meeting annual goals including revenue & utilization targets
Serve as a Subject Matter Expert with assigned key accounts
Schedule and run project meetings and routine governance meetings
Handle customer conflict resolution; escalates conflicts to management where appropriate
Provide frequent and routine updates on key account project status

Preferred Skills
Bachelor’s Degree or higher, preferably in life sciences or related field
Minimum experience: 5+ years as a project manager
Knowledge of clinical trial disclosure and transparency regulations
Familiarity with project management software such as Smart Sheets or Monday.com
Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, timelines and resources across multiple concurrent projects, tracking progress against baseline estimates and ensuring on-time delivery to customers
Ability to work with all levels of management, staff, outside contractors, vendors, and customers, and to resolve and negotiate conflicts or problems with tact, diplomacy and composure

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $90,000 to $100,000 plus commissions. It is not typical for offers to be made at or near the top of the range. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. In addition to base salary and a competitive benefits package, successful candidates are eligible to receive a discretionary bonus.
