ICU MEDICAL INC Project Manager, Professional Services - Clinical in SALT LAKE CITY, Utah
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Project Management: Lead and manage all phases of medical device with safety software implementation projects, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery. Clinical Expertise: Serve as a clinical subject matter expert to guide design, configuration, and execution of implementation plans. Process Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance implementation efficiency and outcomes. Product Training: Lead remote clinical education sessions, ensuring stakeholders are trained effectively and prepared for go-live. Go-Live Coordination: Oversee go-live activities, providing on-site or remote clinical support as needed to ensure smooth transitions. Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal and external teams, including clinical staff, technical teams, and customers, to align project goals and timelines. Documentation: Develop and maintain project documentation, including timelines, clinical deliverables, and status reports.
Knowledge & Skills
Experience with healthcare technology and systems integration. Familiarity with regulatory requirements and standards in medical device implementations. Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities. Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Minimum Qualifications, Education & Experience
Must be at least 18 years of age Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) required. Minimum of three (3) years of project management experience, preferably in medical device implementations. Strong clinical background with experience in healthcare systems, medical devices, or related fields. Project Management Institute (PMI) certification (e.g., PMP) is highly desirable. Demonstrated expertise in process improvement and implementing best practices. Proficiency in leading remote teams and managing virtual training and support.
Work Environment
Primarily remote, with occasional travel to customer sites as needed for key project milestones or go-live events.
