We are seeking an experienced Payroll Analyst who will be responsible for processing weekly and biweekly for our organization. This is a vital role in ensuring accurate and timely payment to our employees. Job Description Payroll Analyst:

• Responsible for U.S. weekly and biweekly payroll processes
• Processes end-to-end payroll activities, including off-cycle payrolls, and ensures that all employee earnings and deductions, at the point of final calculation, are accurate and are made in compliance with payroll tax and legal requirements
• Updates payroll records by entering changes in exemptions, mandatory deductions (garnishments, tax levies, and support orders), and other adjustments to pay as necessary
• Ensure compliance with policies, regulations, wage tax laws, segregation of duties, SOX, and other federal and state legislation impacting payroll
• Collaborate closely with HR, benefits, HRIS, and accounting teams to obtain timely and accurate information for payroll processing
• Assist in processing special payrolls, including bonus, and year-end adjustments, with meticulous attention to detail
• Calculates and prepares manual checks for relocation
• Balance, reconcile, and audit payroll before transmission and validate post-transmission reports
• Performing consistent audits
• Assist with year-end processing of W2's and reporting
• Audit 401k deferrals and loans
• Process final payout for terminations
• Work with the Finance team for any month-end close payroll-related activities Minimum Qualifications:
• FPC or CPP Certification preferred.
• 2 years related work experience
• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field of study
• Must have a working knowledge of v-lookups and pivot tables
• Must be proficient in using payroll software - Workday, Time tracking, and ADP Smart Compliance
• A plus if you have international experience, HR or HRIS experience
• ESPP, RSU, and Deferred base compensation knowledge
• Extensive knowledge of Federal, state, and local tax laws
• In-depth knowledge of overtime, double time, shift calculations, and timecard calculations
• Knowledge of Garnishments and levies
• Hands-on payroll experience with multi-state Payroll
