Note: The hourly rate for this position is $22 - $28 / hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law. Responsibilities:

• Equipment Operation : Safely operate skid steers and excavators for various construction, landscaping, and excavation tasks.

• Site Preparation : Prepare construction sites by clearing debris, leveling ground, and digging trenches.

• Excavation : Perform excavation tasks for foundations, drainage systems, and utility installations.

• Grading and Leveling : Use the skid steer to grade and level surfaces for roads, parking lots, and other structures.

• Maintenance Checks : Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on equipment to ensure proper functioning and safety compliance.

Qualifications:

• A valid driver's license may be required, and a commercial driver's license (CDL) could be preferred.

• Understanding of machinery and mechanical systems for troubleshooting and maintenance.

• 5 years of experience operating an Excavator, Skid Steer, walk-behind, etc.

• Knowledge of Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) regulations and safety practices.
