The Guest & Member Experience Team (GMET) Associate position at the Natural History Museum of Utah plays a key role in the successful daily operation of the museum. This position is responsible for ensuring outstanding guest service, conducting sales of admissions and memberships, maintaining communication and workspace management, conveying a general knowledge of the museums collections, galleries, and policies. Position also includes the opportunity for associates to get involved in and learn about other areas of the Philanthropy and Communications Team through participation in department led events.
