Robert Half Management Resources is seeking a driven and dynamic Deployment Lead for a global ERP transformation initiative. This is a long-term contract role requiring the candidate to work on-site at the client’s Salt Lake City office three days per week. The ideal candidate is a proactive and tenacious professional who thrives in complex, fast-changing environments. They must demonstrate strong leadership, deep business knowledge, exceptional collaboration, and hands-on execution to deliver impactful deployment outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage comprehensive deployment plans, involving timelines, resource allocation, and risk mitigation, to align with the ERP transformation objectives

• Act as a trusted advisor, fostering relationships across all organizational levels, and spearheading communication and project adoption

• Liaise between business and technical teams, translating business requirements into actionable technical tasks, and ensuring successful implementation

• Play an active role in deployment activities, from troubleshooting to overseeing testing and rollout, and managing post-launch support

• Collaborate with change management teams to ensure end-user adoption, design training sessions, and create user documentation

• Use tools such as Azure DevOps and Microsoft Project to monitor progress, manage deliverables, and effectively resolve deployment challenges

• Lead ERP deployments in global, cross-functional environments, leveraging Oracle ERP experience

• Understand business processes and align ERP solutions with strategic business objectives

• Guide, inspire, and influence cross-functional teams without formal authority

• Maintain a solution-oriented approach, demonstrating persistence, adaptability, and extreme ownership

• Balance strategic vision with attention to critical details, without getting bogged down in minutiae

• Comfortably operate in environments with constant change, remaining focused on driving progress and achieving results.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.

• Minimum of 7 years of leadership experience in project management

• Proficiency in Oracle system deployment and administration is essential.

• Demonstrated experience in Cross Functional Project Management is required.

• Strong acumen in Stakeholder Management and Stakeholder Engagement is vital.

• Must possess robust Leadership Skills and the ability to inspire and guide team members.

• Experience in Change Management is necessary to navigate and implement system transformations.

• Ability to foster Collaboration among various teams and departments is a must.

• Knowledge of Enterprise Integration is important for seamless system deployment.

• Familiarity with Azure DevOps for efficient project tracking and planning is expected.

• Proficiency in using Microsoft Project for managing tasks, resources, and timelines is required.
