Are you ready to delve into the complexities of trade lifecycles and broaden your expertise in financial products? Our client, a prominent figure in the asset management industry, is in search of an Entry-Level Trade Management Analyst to contribute to their team. This role offers the chance to collaborate closely with traders, portfolio managers, and external partners, ensuring seamless trade execution and settlement processes to protect both clients and assets.

As an Entry-Level Trade Management Analyst , you'll play a crucial role in the Operations division, partnering with stakeholders across the organization to provide top-tier banking, sales and trading, and asset management services worldwide. Your duties will involve mitigating risk throughout trade flow, settlement, and collateral management processes. Building strong relationships and actively contributing to innovative solutions for new products, strategies, and systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gain a deep understanding of trade lifecycles by collaborating with traders, strategists, clients, and technologists.

  • Resolve daily issues and ensure timely trade settlement by liaising with traders and brokers.

  • Lead project management initiatives to improve cross-product support and relationship management.

  • Utilize quantitative skills to enhance process control and scalability.

  • Provide insightful analyses and reporting to senior leadership.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree Required

  • Exceptional communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills

  • Previous financial services experience

  • Ability to think critically and provide thought leadership

  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach

  • Ability to excel in a collaborative environment

  • Strong analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and web-based applications

  • Deadline-driven with excellent multitasking abilities
