What You'll Do:
Assemble and Build: Position, align, and secure parts to create finished servers, racks, and components.
Test and Troubleshoot: Perform server tests, address minor failures, and ensure final products meet quality standards.
Label and Cable: Organize, label, and connect cables accurately following work orders.
Maintain Materials: Keep workstations stocked with materials, manage inventory, and ensure smooth production flow.
Utilize Tools and Equipment: Safely use hand tools and production equipment to assemble and complete tasks accurately.
What We're Looking For:
Ability to follow work orders and meet daily production goals.
Strong attention to detail to ensure quality and safety compliance.
Willingness to collaborate with peers and adapt to shifting priorities.
Experience in manufacturing, assembly, or warehouse environments is a plus.
What you'll need to have:
Prior relevant experience
Proficiency with computers and electronic work instructions.
Proficiency reading and following directions in English
Highschool Diploma or equivalent
Ability to be on your feet for 12 hour shifts on a rotating schedule
AM shift: 6:00 am - 6:00 pm
PM shift: 6:00 pm - 6:00 am
