As a Dynamics CRM Functional Lead, you’ll be considered a learned professional who applies your subject matter expertise to design and implement CRM solutions for our clients across all phases of Avanade’s projects. You will be responsible for working with clients and leading Avanade delivery teams in planning, designing, building, testing, and maintaining CRM solutions. Further, you are likely a great manager with vast CRM experience. You understand the nuts and bolts of CRM systems, and, more importantly, you know how to connect with clients and lead a team to reach its goals. You are organized, energetic, and as comfortable in front of a boardroom as in front of a whiteboard with your development team. What you’ll do

  • Translate business requirements into Dynamics 365 CE solutions in collaboration with stakeholders

  • Support the sales team in crafting deals, with accountability for overall estimates

  • Design and configure Dynamics 365 CE to optimize client business processes

  • Guide your project team, establishing and tracking achievements, coordinating actions, seeking expert advice, balancing open issues, and contributing to team meetings and reports

  • Define how we measure business and operations success and validate CRM system performance

  • Support clients on Dynamics 365 CE standards and prepare them for using their CRM solution by setting training programs and redefining new roles and responsibilities

  • Grow your network through educational opportunities, reading industry publications, building and maintaining your personal and business networks, and joining professional organizations

Skills and experiences

  • Lead functional technology and design teams to ensure consistent, beneficial client interaction, and solution delivery

  • Reviewed your team's work across all phases of Avanade projects (e.g., Plan, Analyze, Design, Build and Test)

  • Ability to effectively communicate complex information between customers, IT staff, and business partners to ensure high quality and timely resolution of customer issues

  • Designed conceptual architecture and functional and/or technical solutions for large complex technology projects

  • Consultative approach with clients on complex projects

  • At least 3 full lifecycle implementations of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE or Dynamics CRM

  • Experience managing/leading teams both on and offshore is required

Compensation for roles at Avanade varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience. As required by local law, Avanade provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York, and Washington as set forth below: Colorado: $125,000 - $145,500
