Cabin Leader - Camp Roger This position supports the work of the Y, a leading nonprofit, charitable organization committed to strengthening community through youth development, healthy living and social responsibility. The Cabin Leader at the YMCA of Northern Utah is responsible for working with a cabin group of youth ensuring their physical and emotional safety is secured for the duration of the camp session while making every effort to progress each camper s development by maintaining a supportive, positive atmosphere that welcomes and respects all individuals, promotes the potential of all youth, and provides a quality experience to both youth and their families.
