Join our interdisciplinary team at the Utah State Developmental Center. [We are hiring a Behavior Analyst in Training to assist our [Board Certified Behavior Analysts [to develop plans promoting socially significant behavior change for intellectually disabled individuals in our care.  This position is designed to provide valuable hands-on, supervised work experience to students who are working towards BCBA certification. Supervision is provided by a BCBA or Psychologist qualified to supervise BCBA students.  You will be working with an excellent, supportive team of BCBAs, BCBAs in-training, and a Supervising Psychologist. You will gain experience with individuals with autism and/or intellectual disability. Principal Duties]{#isPasted}]{#isPasted}]{#isPasted}]{#isPasted}

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments
  • Develop and implement behavior support plans
  • Develop effective data systems
  • Be a positive and flexible team member

Minimum Qualifications

  • Enrolled in a formal Board Certified Behavior Analyst program
  • Possess a Bachelor's Degree
  • 1 year of experience with individuals with autism or intellectual disability
  • Preference will be given to those with BCaBA certification
