SALT LAKE COMMUNITY COLLEGE Adjunct Instructor, American Sign Language/Interpreting in SALT LAKE CITY, Utah
Under department supervision the faculty member will teach (including team-teaching) ASL, interpreting, or Deaf culture courses for the American Sign Language and Interpreting programs as assigned by the ASL/Interpreting coordinator and/or the department chair.

Bachelor's degree in American Sign Language or ASL/English Interpreting, or in ASL education, Linguistics, or a related field (e.g. Deaf Studies or Deaf Education) from an accredited college or university is required. 2. Proficiency in American Sign Language with demonstrated ability to converse fluently in high level professional and academic conversation in ASL required. 3. Teaching experience in ASL or ASL/English Interpreting. 4. Ability to read and write standard English.
