Novant Health Events Liaison - Mobile in Salisbury, North Carolina

Job Summary

The Events Liaison, Mobile is responsible for driving to multiple community-based locations for community engagement initiatives, conducting patient documentation, supporting smooth event logistics and communication, and compiling post-event data. The Events Liaison, Mobile will support event coordination and help facilitate key community events requiring the mobile medical unit.

Qualifications

  • Education: High School Diploma or GED, required. 2 Year / Associate Degree, preferred.

  • Experience: Five years experience driving 40-foot truck, bus, or other large mobile unit, preferred. Two years experience with direct patient or customer engagement, preferred.

  • Licensure/Certification: Commercial CDL Drivers License, preferred. Basic Cardiac Life Support: required within 6 months of hire, required.

  • Additional Skills (required):

  • Ability to drive/travel to multiple locations and facilities as needed.

  • Ability to work both independently without close oversight, and as a team player who will productively engage with others at varying levels within and outside Novant Health.

  • Ability to accurately enter and compile event and patient data, utilizing EPIC, proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, and other tools as requested.

  • Demonstrated desire to exceed core customer service responsibilities, standards, and behaviors with communication, understanding, sensitivity, teamwork, ownership, motivation, excellence, and respect.

  • Accepts and respects diversity without judgement.

  • Ability to respect confidential information.
