Job Title: Warehouse Worker
Job Description
The Warehouse Operator position involves performing routine, non-routine, and complex assignments, and operating highly sophisticated equipment under general supervision. This includes putting away product, pulling orders, re-organizing inventory, cycle counting, general 5S, and housekeeping.
Responsibilities
Put away product in designated areas.
Pull orders accurately and efficiently.
Re-organize inventory as needed.
Perform cycle counting to ensure inventory accuracy.
Maintain general 5S and housekeeping standards.
Comply with HSE standards, AkzoNobel Life Saving Rules, and waste management systems.
Follow Product Stewardship procedure and distribution and road safety requirements.
Report incidents and understand product SDS (MSDS) requirements.
Use proper PPE related to the HMIS system.
Participate actively in safety programs and complete daily checklists.
Read, understand, and follow pick lists and BOLs.
Pull finished goods from storage areas and put away raw materials.
Safely drive and operate a forklift.
Load and unload trucks as required.
Operate pumps for off-loading tankers.
Perform set-up and clean-up for tasks.
General clean-up and maintain good housekeeping, consolidation, and organization of warehouses and outside storage areas.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Essential Skills
Experience with forklift operation.
Proficiency in packing and inventory management.
Experience using RF scanners and SAP ERP systems.
Knowledge of inventory tracking software.
Experience in shipping and receiving.
Ability to understand and follow pick lists and BOLs.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Comfortable learning and utilizing SAP inventory computer systems.
Understanding and compliance with HSE standards and safety procedures.
Ability to actively participate in safety programs.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.37 - $20.37/hr.
