Humana Strategy Advancement Advisor in Salem, Oregon

The Strategy Advancement Advisor works closely with CenterWell and Corporate Services Technology leadership to advance the organization’s strategy. In this role, the Advisor will collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization to drive forward key strategic and operational priorities. The Advisor will be responsible for a broad range of activities supporting key functions within the Shared Services team including strategy management, talent management, culture and engagement, and more. This role requires flexibility to navigate changing and competing priorities, highly collaborative nature to drive connection and cohesion across teams and functions, and proven ability to influence without direct authority to drive outcomes. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders ranging from senior leaders to non-technical audiences, will be critical. Successful candidates will bring proven organization, planning, and prioritization skills with the ability to work independently and execute within deadlines.
This is a remote role, open to qualified candidates based anywhere in the U.S., however, you will be required to work Eastern Time business hours.
Key Responsibilities
Support the development of long-term organizational strategy and execution of key strategic and operational priorities within cross-functional teams
Advise leadership team and support development on org-wide and cross-functional strategies that advance the organization’s enablement objectives
Participate in the annual planning process, with focus on coordination and alignment between internal teams, business and Enterprise partners, the broader IT organization, and other key stakeholders
Coordinate development of internal strategy documentation, strategic communications/artifacts, and executive-level presentations
Partner with leadership team and key stakeholders to develop measurable and outcome-focused organizational goals
Contribute to strategic measures reporting, including monitoring initiatives and program/project achievements, Objectives and Key Results (OKRs), and other Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Required qualifications
Bachelor's degree
2-5 years of corporate, business, and/or IT strategy experience working with executives, senior leaders, and subject-matter experts
Highly skilled in Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint)
Passionate about continuously improving consumer and stakeholder experiences
Preferred qualifications
Experience with talent, culture, organizational effectiveness, and/or organizational change management
Experience in technology and/or digital transformation
Expertise in business analytics and/or financial management
Familiarity with the Objectives and Key Results (OKR) framework

Pay Range
The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.
$112,400 - $154,900 per year
This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
