Description of the Role & Requirements This program management role is part of the Construction & Engineering’s Center of Excellence. The CoE organization ensures the advancement of high compliance program achievements, on-going compliance, global market share and client success. The CoE is chartered with supporting Engineering, Construction, Energy and Industry Unit (ECEU) teams through accreditations & authorizations, through contract award and onboarding and working across Oracle and 3rd Parties on compliance initiatives.
We are seeking an experienced and proven technical program manager that has a background working with broad and complex global teams. This role will be responsible for liaising with program management, delivery leadership across Development and &/or Cloud Infrastructure initiatives to fill a compliance Program Management role.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of program management and government program management experience. They will have experience working with a DevOps structure and an Agile work environment. They will have depth in client and program management in government or a regulated industry. PMI certification is preferred as well as a security acumen, FedRAMP, NIST, CMMC, SOC, ISO27001, or other security and compliance experience.
While this role will report directly to the Director of the Center of Excellence. The successful candidate will be a highly motivated self-starter that will excel at working across the leadership team, the global product and development teams and will be expected to interface with government PMO and other project managers.

Responsibilities
Responsibilities Primary Focus will be to program manage multiple workstreams that involve federal compliance obligations such as audits, system monitoring, connection points and technical implementations of controls.
Manage the delivery of security improvements and compliance work
Create and maintain the technical project plan schedule and view of upcoming security and compliance work, report on progress to stakeholders (Product Strategy, CoE/CO/CE/Dev/Execs/Sponsors)
Partners and collaborates with Security, Application, Platform & Network Architects and Development teams and leadership to drive compliance with platform controls and standards.
Partners with the High Compliance Release Manager to ensure development impacts to the release are understood and addressed
Partners with the High Compliance Platform Manager to ensure that platform impacts on development and delivery are understood and addressed
Keeps track of compliance and platform security related requirements and work
Supports coordination of delivery of required product changes related to security controls and compliance
Drives ad hoc Cloud Operations and Cloud Engineering projects to meet platform compliance obligations

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $97,500 to $199,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
