Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Lead data management projects and initiatives
  • Conduct regular data audits, provide root cause analysis, and address data integrity issues on key HR data fields
  • Support stakeholder engagement, impact analysis, and downstream assessment on proposed changes to existing (or new) logic, methodology, or use of data elements
  • Support end users with development of documentation and user guides for definition and maintenance of data elements
  • Complete setup of new foundation data requests (e.g. org structure, locations, etc.)
  • Configure and maintain business process workflows
  • Participate in end-user testing and vendor releases in accordance with policies and procedures
  • Develop and administer reports, as needed
  • Identify areas of improvement and make recommendations for change and process improvement
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Competencies:

  • Strong analytical skills and experience in data validation
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks/projects and adjust quickly to frequently changing assignments
  • Knowledge and understanding of HR and timekeeping systems administration and management
  • Knowledge and understanding of data integrations
  • Knowledge of aspects of the HR lifecycle (e.g., recruiting, onboarding, performance management, compensation, etc.)
  • Knowledge of report writing
  • Ability to work independently as well as with cross-functional team members
  • Ability to manage data projects/implementations successfully within timelines
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to be organized and meet deadlines

Education and/or Experience: (includes certificate and licenses):

  • Bachelors degree in HR, Business, or related field from an accredited college, or equivalent experience/combined education
  • 3 to 5 years plus of HR data management/analysis experience
  • Experience with HRIS/Timekeeping administration preferably UKG Pro, Workday, Kronos WFC and/or Dimensions is highly desired
  • Experience with new system and/or module implementations also highly desirable

Pay and Benefits:

Salary range $71,000 - $90,000

The Leidos QTC Health Services pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to): geographic location, responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
