Talent Acquisition Intern ID 2024-1971 # of Openings 1 Category Human Resources Location Hybrid - Anderson Center Type Temporary Job Summary The Talent Acquisition Intern will work closely with the Talent Acquisition Specialist, People Business Partner and others to assist with the full cycle recruiting and other projects. Responsibilities Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Reviewing candidates and forwarding them to managers. Job posting, editing and management. Candidate communication (through email, iCIMS and Indeed). Pre-Interview Preparation Candidate communication. Setting up interviews for the Talent Acquisition Specialist and the People Business Partner Preboarding Fills out back-end paperwork for new employees. Works with hiring managers to ensure that new hires are set up correctly. Manage projects related to all areas of human resources (primarily recruitment) from start to finish, which includes but is not limited to: Tracking updated job descriptions for all departments. Leading the recruitment effort for the Talent Acquisition Intern in the following semester. Serves as the backup for emergency issues in recruitment when the Talent Acquisition Specialist or People Business Partner is out of the office. Manage the talent@bethel.edu inbox each day by forwarding each email to the correct OPC representative OR responding to emails as appropriate. Required Skills Required Skills: Proficient in the Microsoft and Google Suites. Must be able to communicate via email efficiently and over the phone or in person excellently. Must be detail oriented. Preferred Skills: Experience in Banner. Experience in Moodle. Experience in with an ATS. Experience Required Experience No prior experience needed Preferred Experience Internship in Human Resources or a related field Education Required Education High School Diploma, GED or equivalent. Preferred Education Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business (any emphasis), Communications or another related field. Additional Information Will have an unshared cubicle for in office work, some remote work is possible. This is an unpaid internship, offered for college credit.
