We are currently looking for a talented and highly motivated Application Sales Representative to join our Hospitality Global Business Unit. This role will primarily focus on selling our Hospitality Property Management Solution and Point-of-Sale Solution to the Independent Hotel Market in US.
As an outside Sales Executive, you will be responsible for selling business applications software/solutions and related services to both prospective and existing customers.
Key Responsibilities :
Sell a subset of our products and services directly or through partners to a number of named accounts/non-named accounts/geographical territory, with a focus on Tier 3 accounts.
Generate a pipeline of leads that will lead to closed revenue and quota attainment.
Manage sales through forecasting, account resource allocation, account strategy, and planning.
Build credibility and trust with customers to influence their buying decisions.
Identify and understand the business initiatives and pain points of customers and map our solutions to address them.
Participate in the development, presentation, and sales of a value proposition.
Develop comprehensive solution proposals that cover all aspects of the application.
Create demand by uncovering business problems and demonstrating how our solution can solve them.
Have a deep understanding of how businesses operate and the priorities that drive decision-making from the C-level down.
Negotiate pricing and contractual agreements to successfully close sales.
Detailed Description and Job Requirements:
As an Application Sales Representative, you will sell a subset of our products or services directly or through partners to a large number of named accounts/non-named accounts/geographical territory, primarily focusing on Tier 3 accounts. Your primary responsibility will be to sell business applications software/solutions and related services to prospective and existing customers. You will manage sales through forecasting, account resource allocation, account strategy, and planning. Additionally, you will develop solution proposals that encompass all aspects of the application and participate in the development, presentation, and sales of a value proposition. Your negotiation skills will be crucial in closing sales by reaching pricing and contractual agreements. You will also identify and develop strategic alignment with key third-party influencers.
This role requires independent judgment and involves varied and complex job duties. It is preferred that you have at least 5 years of field sales experience, with a focus on large strategic accounts and applications sales. You should possess highly developed selling, customer relations, and negotiation skills, along with a successful sales track record. Knowledge of Oracle or its competitors is a plus. Interaction with C-level players is expected, so being a team player with excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills is essential. Some travel may be required. A bachelor's degree or equivalent is preferred.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $63,400 to $147,600 per annum. May be eligible for equity. Eligible for commission with an estimated pay mix of 50/50.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
