Assists with ensuring products marketed meet regulatory requirements related to GHS, USMCA, Import/Export regulations, REACH and other regulatory entities as required. Review and approves industrial and consumer packaging to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance. Manages internal and external product regulatory requests by assigning ownership and updating status'. Organizes, updates and controls SDS documents and records. Validates data basis related to Proposition 65, SVHC, REACH and all other relevant regulatory bodies. Maintains well-organized records that allow ready retrieval of required information. Prepares documentation to assist in fulfilling requests associated to USMCA. Completes product and chemical classification of shipping hazardous and non-hazardous materials. Supports new product development. Actively participates in initiatives to improve processes and procedures. Performs other product stewardship functions as assigned. WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED (Minimum Qualifications): Education: BS in a science, environmental or marketing related discipline or equivalent work experience Experience and/or Training: Requires outstanding verbal and written communication skills Must be highly motivated, self-starter Detail oriented and organized. Excellent comprehension skills Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment 0-2 years' experience in regulatory chemical and product compliance Experience with OSHA's Hazard Communication Standard is a plus Knowledge in Consumer and Industrial product labeling is a plus Training in 49 CFR, USDOT, IATA, and IMDG is a plus Technology/Equipment: Microsoft Office skills - Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point Equal Opportunity Employer/Protected Veterans/Individuals with Disabilities The contractor will not discharge or in any other manner discriminate against employees or applicants because they have inquired about, discussed, or disclosed their own pay or the pay of another employee or applicant.
