We are seeking a skilled and proactive maintenance manager to join our team in Saint Paul, MN. In this role, you will be responsible for the general upkeep of our building, equipment, and infrastructure, always ensuring safety and functionality. Location: Saint Paul, MN Wage: $24 - $34/hr. Duties of the maintenance manager: Oversee the general upkeep of the building and equipment Ensure all building and equipment are safe and functional Manage routine maintenance and emergency repairs to prevent operational issues Monitor and manage the repair of refrigeration systems and other critical systems Oversee the installation of new equipment and upgrade existing systems Maintain food processing equipment and assist in the installation of new systems Ensure compliance with safety regulations and operational standards Requirements of the maintenance manager: Proven experience in building and equipment maintenance Plumbing knowledge for drainage issues HVAC experience Strong knowledge of refrigeration systems, technical repairs, and equipment upgrades Ability to manage both routine maintenance and emergency repairs Excellent organizational and leadership skills Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail Additional Information: Apply today!
