Position Overview Beacon Hill's client based in St. Paul, MN is looking for a HR Service Center Representative to join their team. As a HR Service Center Representative, you will play a crucial role in supporting current employees, retirees, and job candidates by addressing their HR-related inquiries. This role involves handling inbound calls, emails, and chats while applying company HR policies and procedures to provide effective solutions. Initially an onsite role in St. Paul, MN that is with potential to transition to a hybrid work arrangement after 90 days. Primary Responsibilities Customer Interaction: Manage inbound calls, emails, and chats, addressing inquiries related to payroll, time tracking, benefits, leaves of absence, compensation, performance management, pension, staffing, and other HR topics. Guidance and Resolution: Apply company HR policies and technology to provide accurate guidance and resolve customer issues. Document interactions and research answers or escalate cases when necessary. Case Management: Track and follow up on open cases, coordinating with team leadership or other HR resources to ensure timely resolution. Policy Adherence: Understand and adhere to all policies and procedures to maintain consistency and quality in customer service. Minimum Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
- Experience: 1 year of HR or equivalent customer service experience preferred.
- Licensing/Certificates: Relevant certifications or licenses preferred.
