Organization & Position Summary: The Arc Minnesota promotes and protects the human rights of people with intellectual and developmental disabilities, actively supporting them and their families in a lifetime of full inclusion and participation in their communities. The Donor Information Specialist maintains recordkeeping and oversees stewardship, while performing administrative and operational support activities for the Development Team. This position will: Act as the primary administrator for The Arc Minnesota s donor database Support the development and leadership teams by running reports and providing analysis on trends Lead appeals within the Annual Fund campaign, including mailings, e-appeals, and staff giving Research donors/funders as assigned Consistently demonstrate and model the Arc Minnesota values of: Human and Civil Rights, Self-Advocacy and Self Direction, Equity and Belonging, and Disability and Racial Justice.
