The Data Management Lead supports all aspects of configuration control, data management, and deficiency reporting. The Data Management Lead works on problems of diverse scope and complexity ranging from moderate to substantial.
The Data Management Lead supports all aspects of configuration control, data management, and deficiency reporting. The Data Management Lead works on problems of diverse scope and complexity ranging from moderate to substantial. Describes the tools, technologies, applications and practices used to collect, integrate, analyze, and present an organization's raw data from the ECW. Will attend and become a citizen developer. Collaborates with Contact Center and Billing and Enrollment leadership, and IT. Identifies AI and RPA opportunities and follow through from exploration to implementation. Builds and maintains attended and unattended BOTs. Validates benefits achieved from solution implementation. Advises operational leadership to develop functional strategies specific to billing and enrollment, supporting enterprise strategy, on matters of significance.
Key Accountabilities -
50% - Will attend and become a citizen developer. Collaborates with Contact Center and Billing and Enrollment leadership, and IT. Identifies AI and RPA opportunities and follow through from exploration to implementation. Builds and maintains attended and unattended BOTs.
25% - Implement self-directed activities to analyze, coordinate, process, and complete action to correct multifaceted problems relating to eligibility, enrollment, billing, claims, referrals/authorizations, network operations, access to care, Defense Health Agency/TRICARE Health Plan policy, and other TRICARE topics.
25% - Advises executives to develop functional strategies (often segment specific) on matters of significance. Exercises independent judgment and decision making on complex issues regarding job duties and related tasks and works under minimal supervision. Uses independent judgment requiring analysis of variable factors and determining the best course of action.

Required Qualifications
Our Department of Defense Contract requires U.S. citizenship for this position
Successfully receive interim approval for government security clearance (NBIS - National Background Investigation Services)
HGB is not authorized to do work in Puerto Rico per our government contract. We are not able to hire candidates that are currently living in Puerto Rico.
Bachelor's degree
5 years of healthcare experience
2 or more years of project leadership experience
Experience building and maintaining analytic data sets
Working knowledge of ad-hoc query tools and data repositories that support data extraction and manipulation
2 years experience using SQL
Experience with large data set and healthcare data
Work at Home Requirements
At minimum, a download speed of 25 Mbps and an upload speed of 10 Mbps is recommended; wireless, wired cable or DSL connection is suggested
Satellite, cellular and microwave connection can be used only if approved by leadership
Associates who live and work from Home in the state of California, Illinois, Montana, or South Dakota will be provided a bi-weekly payment for their internet expense.
Humana will provide Home or Hybrid Home/Office associates with telephone equipment appropriate to meet the business requirements for their position/job.
Work from a dedicated space lacking ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information
Travel: While this is a remote position, occasional travel to Humana's offices for training or meetings may be required.

Pay Range
The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.
$106,900 - $147,000 per year
This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
