Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Business Systems Analyst for one of our largest medical device clients. Primary focus of this role is on documenting unmet needs in the pricing and operations space. The successful candidate will conduct interviews across key stakeholder groups, identify challenges and unmet needs, and provide insights that will drive disciplined pricing decisions, revenue growth, and profitable contract strategies. This role sits within their Commercial IT team and is leadership-facing. Strong communication skills, desire to take lead, and collaborate with others is required.

Skills and Requirements
-Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field.
-3-5 years of experience in business systems analysis, preferably in pricing, analytics, or commercial operations.
-Proven ability to gather, document, analyze, and prioritize business requirements.
-Skilled in identifying pain points or areas of opportunity
-Ability to communicate at a senior level and across various levels of technical acumen, including bringing groups to consensus.
-Partner with solution owners to review solution capabilities and determine fit/overlap with customer requirements.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to convey complex concepts to diverse audiences.
-Experience working independently in a large, complex environment with diverse stakeholders.
-Experience with med tech, pricing and contract management - MBA or advanced degree in a related field.
Prior experience in the healthcare or medical devices industry.
Familiarity with data visualization and business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). null
