About the Role: At Tech Elevator, our Business Analyst is responsible for driving growth analysis initiatives and internal program development, from conception to execution and implementation. Essential Functions: ? Work in an Agile environment with key stakeholders to drive strategic projects ? Determine operational objectives by studying business functions; gathering information; evaluating output requirements and formats ? Set scope, objectives, deliverables, and timeline for projects in collaboration with subject matter experts ? Improve systems by studying current practices and proactively suggesting and designing modifications ? Create informative, actionable, and repeatable reporting that highlights relevant business trends and opportunities for improvement ? Share findings and reporting with subject matter experts and the Tech Elevator leadership team ? Project forward to the next steps and pursue additional outcomes independently ? Other responsibilities as needed based on project requirements Experience and Requirements: ? At least one year of experience in research, data collection and analysis, data visualization, applied statistics, and/or project management ? Demonstrated experience with eliciting requirements and testing ? Demonstrated experience with data analysis and visualization ? Knowledge in generating process documentation ? Strong written and verbal communication skills Preferred Zoho CRM experience The Ideal Candidate: ? Is detail oriented, analytical and inquisitive ? Is able to make decisions quickly, and re-prioritize as needs demand Working Conditions: Regular office hours Occasional evening and weekend hours as required for events Occasional travel Remote Role Compensation & Benefits Stride, Inc. considers a person's education, experience, and qualifications, as well as the position's work location, expected quality and quantity of work, required travel (if any), external market and internal value when determining a new employee's salary level. Salaries will differ based on these factors, the position's level and expected contribution, and the employee's benefits elections. Offers will typically be in the bottom half of the range. We anticipate the salary range to be $48,804.80 to $61,006.00. The upper end of this range is not likely to be offered, as an individual's compensation can vary based on several factors. These factors include, but are not limited to, geographic location, experience, training, education, and local market conditions. Eligible employees may receive a bonus.
