Job Summary
We are seeking an expert Architect with 10 to 14 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in External Scheduler Data WareHousing Concepts Scheduling Basics ETL SQL Data Integration Ab Initio GDE Ab Initio ConductIt Ab Initio CoOperating System Ab initio and Unix Shell Scripting. This role offers the opportunity to work onground breakinge projects and make a significant impact on our companys success.
Responsibilities
Be responsible for the design and implementation of data warehousing solutions to support business intelligence and analytics needs.
Coordinate the development and maintenance of ETL processes to ensure efficient data integration and transformation.
Share a point of view in External Scheduler to optimize job scheduling and workflow automation.
Use SQL to extract manipulate and analyze data from various sources.
Implement and handle data integration solutions using Ab Initio GDE ConductIt and CoOperating System.
Develop and maintain Unix Shell Scripts to automate data processing tasks.
Collaborate with multi-functional teams to gain requirements and ensure data solutions meet business needs.
Ensure data quality and integrity through meticulous testing and validation processes.
Supervise and tackle data pipelines to ensure smooth operation and timely delivery of data.
Stay ahead of with industry trends and standard processes to continuously improve data warehousing and integration solutions.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
Provide technical specifications and processes to ensure knowledge sharing and continuity.
Chip in to the overall success of the company by delivering high-quality data solutions that drive business value.
Qualifications
Must have good experience in External Scheduler Data WareHousing Concepts Scheduling Basics ETL SQL Data Integration Ab Initio GDE Ab Initio ConductIt Ab Initio CoOperating System Ab initio and Unix Shell Scripting.
Nice to have experience in additional data integration tools and technologies.
Must have excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Nice to have good communication and teamwork skills.
Must have the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Nice to have experience in a hybrid work environment.
Must have a proactive and have results-oriented demeanor.
Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is depending on the experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
