Adecco US, Inc. Administrative Assistant in Saint Paul, Minnesota

Adecco is assisting a client in Saint Paul, MN in hiring an Administrative Assistant! This is an excellent opportunity to join a professional team and gain valuable office experience in a full-time, weekday role.

Position Details:

Location: Saint Paul, MN 55102

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Pay Rate: $21.86/hour

Key Responsibilities:

Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies, maintaining records, and basic bookkeeping

Prepare a variety of documents including invoices, memos, letters, and financial statements

File and retrieve corporate records and reports

Open, sort, and distribute incoming correspondence (emails, faxes, etc.)

Draft responses to routine correspondence and inquiries

Required Skills:

Strong verbal and written communication abilities

Excellent time management and multitasking skills

High level of professionalism and discretion with confidential information

Customer service and interpersonal skills

Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Education & Experience:

High school diploma or GED required

0–2 years of administrative or office support experience

Pay Details: $21.86 per hour
