Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for an Administrative Assistant in Saint Paul, Minnesota. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support, including research, handling information requests, and performing various clerical functions. This role is within the industry and requires a detail oriented individual who can manage information and communication for the office.
Responsibilities:
• Efficiently processing customer credit applications
• Keeping accurate and up-to-date customer credit records
• Handling and resolving customer inquiries in a timely manner
• Monitoring customer accounts and taking appropriate actions when necessary
• Conducting research and handling information requests
• Managing and maintaining record systems
• Performing basic bookkeeping tasks
• Preparing a variety of documents, including invoices, reports, memos, and financial statements
• Filing and retrieving corporate documents, records, and reports
• Responding to correspondence containing routine inquiries
• Distributing incoming correspondence, including faxes and emails. Requirements • Proficiency in customer service is necessary for this role.
• Strong communication skills are required to perform effectively.
• Familiarity with office functions and operations is essential.
• Must have expertise in Microsoft Excel for data management.
• Research skills are needed for various administrative tasks.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word is a prerequisite for this position.
• Knowledge of About Time software is advantageous.
• Ability to handle correspondence efficiently and professionally.
• Must be familiar with typical clerical duties.
• Understanding of financial statements is necessary.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint for presentations is required.
• Knowledge of Conductivity software is a plus.
• Must have experience dealing with C-Suite executives.
• Excellent interpersonal skills are required for team collaboration.
• Ability to distribute faxes accurately and promptly.
• Strong written communication skills are essential.
• Must be able to manage records effectively.
• Familiarity with various computer programs is required.
• Basic bookkeeping skills are necessary for managing accounts.
• Ability to prepare invoices accurately and promptly.
• Must be able to prepare responses to inquiries and correspondence.
• Proficiency in photocopying and scanning documents is essential.
