Advanced Computer Solutions & Consulting, LLC Office Assistant in Saint Marys, Pennsylvania

Advanced Computer Solutions & Consulting, LLC (ACS) is seeking an Office Assistant/Receptionist. Responsibilities include managing the front desk and device repair process, answering and redirecting phone calls, and performing a variety of general office tasks. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and customer service skills.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Provide prompt and courteous service to customers: both on the phone and in person.
  • Answer and redirect incoming phone calls appropriately.
  • Take appropriate notes for callbacks.
  • Assist walk-in customers with general questions.
  • Check in/out customer devices.
  • Manage in office computer/device repair process.
  • Assist with managing inventory and stock.
  • Schedule appointments.
  • Organizing, filing, etc of paperwork.
  • Keep office clean, organized, and clutter free.
  • Various other office duties as needed.

Requirements:

  • To be successful as an Office Assistant/Receptionist, you should have a pleasant personality, as this is also a customer service role.
  • Must be able to contribute positively as part of a team, helping out with various tasks as required.
  • Strong communication, multitasking, organization, and stress management skills.
  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills.
  • Proficiency in phone/email communication and etiquette.
  • Must maintain a high degree of professionalism in actions, demeanor, and dress.
  • Prior office experience is required.
  • Basic IT knowledge is a plus.

This position will report directly to the Operations Manager to streamline all office functions. Pay based on experience.
