Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Full-time. Regular hours. Hybrid workplace available. Salary commensurate with experience, bonus eligibile. Full benefits + 401k matching.

This supervisory position oversees a team of Compliance Specialists to achieve the effective production of file reviews and related services for clients nationwide under the umbrella of all affordable housing programs. This position delivers best-in-class customer service, and ensures operations are efficient. The manager serves an important role by participating in strategic development and actively, managing new and ongoing contracts, monitoring quality assurance, and supporting a team of highly skilled Compliance Specialists.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
