Roseann Mabry from Robert Half is once again collaborating with an organization to hire a Director of Human Resources on a permanent basis. The Director of Human Resources will manage a HR team over several facilities. Some essential functions of the role will be training and development of department staff, updating job descriptions, planning hiring strategies, handle salary reviews, administer benefits, and assist supervisors with performance management.
