Job Title: Project Director (Civil Construction)
Job Description
We are seeking a talented and motivated Project Director to join our dynamic team. As we continue to experience strong growth, this pivotal role will contribute significantly to our regional and national expansion. The successful candidate will play a key role in bidding for and aggressively winning contracts. Responsibilities include fostering strong relationships with both internal and external project teams, leading a team of project managers to success, and ensuring the profitability of numerous projects from inception to completion. This role requires regular interfacing with the state Department of Transportation (DOT) and municipal owners.
