HARTWIG CNC Machine Tool Field Service Technician in Saint Louis, Missouri
Hartwig currently has a full-time opportunity available for a Field Service Technician (Service Engineer)in our St. Louis, Missouri territory. This positionrepairsCNC Machine Tools and keeps them running at their peak performance. This proactive individual will inspect equipment, make recommendations and service our customer's equipment.

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A HARTWIG SERVICE ENGINEER:
- Drive your company truck from your home to the customer's facility with a best in class presentation of Hartwig
- Conduct high quality, efficient and timely repair and installation of CNC machine tools
- Recommend modification and/or improvement to machine/equipment and processes
- Train and instruct customers on service/repair and proper installation
- Conduct parts inventory counts
- Document information and report time as required
- Travel required, usually within a 3 hour distance from home
TO JOIN THE HARTWIG TEAM YOU SHOULD MEET THE FOLLOWING QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum 2 years mechanical, inspection, repair experience and/or formal education in CNC Machine Tools.
- Standard work hours 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. however, must be willing to work to finish a job/project.
- Passion for delivering best in class customer service and exceptionalcommunication skills.
- Valid driver's license in state of primary residence required. Driving record must permit insurability.
