Job Summary:Landshark is seeking year round, full-time and part-time, sales associates.Sales Associates are experts in creating exceptional customer service in our stores. You are responsible for engaging and connecting with our customers and sharing top-quality product education.Key Responsibilities of the JobInteract with customers to ensure a great customer experience.Continuously move on the sales floor to engage with customers and attend to customer or store needs.Establish respectful and productive relationships with all team members.Collaborate with team members to ensure optimal customer experience and support store operations.Perform inventory tasks (e.g., processing inventory, put items back in place, restock or relocate items) according to company standards.Perform cleaning tasks as needed throughout the shift.Perform work in accordance with applicable policies, procedures, and laws or regulations.Key SkillsCommunication: Strong communication skills with customers, peers and managers.Customer Experience: Enjoys working and connecting with and helping guests.Integrity: Accepts responsibility/accountability for actions and is dependable.Collaboration: Works productively with others to achieve business and personal goals.Enthusiasm and Motivation: Is enthusiastic about one’s own work and looks for ways to enhance performance and business results.Job Requirements:AvailabilityWilling to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidaysCompensation and BenefitsOur sales associate base pay range starts at $16 an hour, with flexibility depending on previous experiences and skill sets.
