MacLean-Fogg, a leader in the automotive manufacturing industry, is seeking a motivated and skilled Manufacturing Mechanic to join our dynamic team. As a vital part of our operation, you'll have the opportunity to make a significant impact by working with our team to conduct routine and preventative maintenance as well as diagnosing machinery issues.

Job Summary: We are seeing a skilled Manufacturing Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and repairing machinery used in our manufacturing processes. This role requires a strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to troubleshoot and solve problems efficiently.

Key Responsibilities: * Conduct routine maintenance on manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime. * Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues with machinery. * Perform preventative maintenance tasks according to established schedules. * Collaborate with production team to identify and address equipment problems in a timely manner. * Keep accurate records of maintenance and repair activities. * Maintain adherence to 5S standards and follow all safety, environmental, and quality policies and procedures.

Requirements: * High school diploma or equivalent, technical training or certification preferred. * Proven experience as manufacturing mechanic or similar role. * Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills. * Familiarity with a variety of tools and equipment used in manufacturing maintenance. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Excellent communication skills. * Willingness to work flexible hours and respond to emergencies as needed. * Commitment to safety and adherence to company policies and procedures.
