Aston Carter Executive Assistant in Saddle Brook, New Jersey

Description:

• Interact professionally with company’s internal and external stakeholders, organize meetings, manage calendars for optimal efficiency

• Assist in planning and executing events, such town halls, and customer visits

• Screen, respond to and redirect mail and email, as appropriate

• Follow-up on deadlines and commitments to ensure all business items are appropriately managed

• Book and confirm all travel and hotel arrangements and prepare itineraries

• Draft correspondence including emails and letters

• Create and update organizational charts and various reports

• Coordinate updates across the BPC Leadership team

• Assists with creating decks, taking notes, conducting research, and executing special projects as needed

• Maintains a strong organizational system for all materials and information

• Prepare expense reports and track payments

• Order furniture and supplies

What is Required:

• Demonstrated ability to prioritize multiple tasks, high attention to detail

• Excellent communications skills, both verbal and written

• Strong organizational skills,

• Strong customer service orientation and ability to build strong relationships

• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information in a professional manner
