Job Title: Sr. D365 Business Analyst
Roles & Responsibilities:
Bridge the gap between business requirements and technical implementation contributing to the successful delivery of the program
Evaluating a business operations to analyze their cost and efficiency
Helping to develop project plans and ensuring their timely completion
Analyzing the organization's large data sets to deliver actionable insights
Budgeting and conducting financial analysis
Recommending process improvements to increase a business efficiency
Required Qualifications:
10+ years of experience working on:
Requirements gathering, Process & functional flow, Epics, Features & user stories creation.
D365 Customer Service and Field Service module.
Experienced in conducting workshops with Business & IT collaborators, detailing the outcome, and facilitating reaching a desired result.
Well versed with working with Development of the offshore teams.
Salary and Other Compensation:
Applications will be accepted until May 25, 2025.
The annual salary for this position is between $ 79,240 - $ 154,500 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
