As a Software Engineer 2 you will play a key role in the design, development, and implementation of robust software solutions. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products and contribute to the technical growth of the engineering team.

Due to client requirement, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

Rate: $65 - $75 / hr. w2

Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:

· Design and implement backend and frontend components using React, Node, Next.js, and PostgreSQL.

· Gather and refine requirements from stakeholders to translate into technical solutions.

· Mentor junior engineers and participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.

· Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders in agile scrum processes.

· Contribute to architectural decisions and technical designs.

Experience Requirements:

Requirements:

· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.

· 3-5 years of professional experience in software engineering.

· Proficiency in backend and/or frontend technologies.

· Experience with cloud platforms and services (e.g., Azure, AWS).

· Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

· Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

· Previous experience in healthcare or related industries.

· Knowledge of microservices architecture and RESTful APIs.

Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
