Compensation: $25.00 per hour

Location: Sacramento, CA

Shift: M - F

Shift start time: 5:00 AM

Flexibility to work overtime and weekends based on business needs.

This is a seasonal position with potential to last up to six months. Seasonal assignments offer valuable work experience at a leading beverage company. Also, if opportunities exist at the end of the assignment, you can be considered for a full time permanent position with Primo Brands. Individuals in temporary and seasonal assignments are not eligible for all company benefits .

Responsibilities

  • This position is responsible for the efficient operation of designated production equipment as assigned.

  • Properly document required pre/post trip inspection of vehicles, identify vehicle defects and notify management of any quality and safety issues. Maintain cleanliness of equipment.

  • Direct Delivery/Customer pick up inbound traffic/assign to doors.

  • Compile tractor/trailer list of empty bottles, products loaded, and not in use.

  • Ensure Warehouse Team Members have trailers to unload and/or load.

  • Reposition tractor/trailers in the yard to and from docks.

  • Support Production Team.

  • Transport trailers from suppliers.

  • Operate all assigned equipment safely and efficiently in accordance to DOT regulations and Company Safety Policy.

  • Provide yard, shipping, and facility clean up (5S).

Qualifications

  • Yard truck and commercial driving experience.

  • Experience working in a production environment, preferably in food and beverage industry.

  • Valid CDL Class A license is required with current DOT Medical certification.

  • Must be able to meet Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration driver qualifications.

  • Focus on safe work practices and high quality while executing duties with a sense of urgency.

  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment with minimal supervision.

  • Physically able to safely lift bottles and equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.

  • Must be 21 years of age and older.

  • Forklift experience required.
