ManpowerGroup Program Eligibility Analyst in Sacramento, California
Our client is seeking a Program Eligibility Analyst to join their team. As a Program Eligibility Analyst, you will be part of the Mitigation department supporting California homeowners. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a customer-focused mindset which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Program Eligibility Analyst
Location: Sacramento, California (Remote)
Pay Range: $30-35 per hour
What's the Job?
Ensure compliance with the California Residential Mitigation Program (CRMP) incentive programs eligibility requirements.
Assist California homeowners through the application process with a focus on customer service.
Conduct analytical reviews of eligibility and initial approval of homeowner applications.
Provide technical information to homeowners, contractors, building departments, and local government officials.
Communicate effectively with the public and other employees, both orally and in writing.
What's Needed?
Associate Degree or equivalent experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Typing ability of at least 40 words per minute.
Comfort in handling public interactions and managing adversarial conversations professionally.
General knowledge of residential housing construction or seismic retrofit work is preferred.
