ManpowerGroup Program Eligibility Analyst in Sacramento, California

Our client is seeking a Program Eligibility Analyst to join their team. As a Program Eligibility Analyst, you will be part of the Mitigation department supporting California homeowners. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a customer-focused mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Program Eligibility Analyst

Location: Sacramento, California (Remote)

Pay Range: $30-35 per hour

What's the Job?

  • Ensure compliance with the California Residential Mitigation Program (CRMP) incentive programs eligibility requirements.

  • Assist California homeowners through the application process with a focus on customer service.

  • Conduct analytical reviews of eligibility and initial approval of homeowner applications.

  • Provide technical information to homeowners, contractors, building departments, and local government officials.

  • Communicate effectively with the public and other employees, both orally and in writing.

What's Needed?

  • Associate Degree or equivalent experience.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.

  • Typing ability of at least 40 words per minute.

  • Comfort in handling public interactions and managing adversarial conversations professionally.

  • General knowledge of residential housing construction or seismic retrofit work is preferred.
