We're looking for a motivated team player to help us deliver high-quality products that meet our customers' needs.

What You'll Do:

  • Assemble products efficiently and accurately

  • Build tanks and fit metal parts to specifications

  • Use various tools, including cranes, to support production

  • Maintain a safe and organized work environment

  • Collaborate with your team to improve processes

What We're Looking For:

  • communication skills and problem-solving ability

  • Confidence in a workshop setting and good hand-eye coordination

  • Experience in welding, electrical knowledge, and forklift operation (preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Daily Briefings

  • Attend morning briefings to review and understand the day's production schedule.

  • Product Assembly

  • Assemble products efficiently, ensuring adherence to specifications and quality standards.

  • Tank Construction

  • Build tanks according to established guidelines and specifications.

  • Metal Fitting and Assembly

  • Fit and assemble metal parts, tools, and sub-assemblies with precision.

  • Installation of Components

  • Install hoses, fittings, and other necessary components as part of the assembly process.

  • Tool Utilization

  • Use a variety of handheld and fixed tools, including cranes, to facilitate assembly tasks.

  • Workplace Safety and Cleanliness

  • Maintain a safe and tidy work environment, ensuring compliance with safety standards.

  • Project Participation

  • Take on additional project work as required, contributing to team objectiv

The essential functions of this role include:

  • manual lifting up to 50lbs

  • standing for 8 hours at one time
