The Role
We're excited to introduce you to this incredible opportunity to join Kyndryl as an ACF2 Broadcom Mainframe Logical Security SME. As a key player in our organization, you'll have the chance to make a significant impact and drive our success.
As an ACF2 Broadcom Mainframe Logical Security SME, you'll be responsible for supporting customer requests and maintaining strong client relationships. You'll also be responsible for implementing ACF2 product updates and procedures, as well as performing self-audits of mainframe controls, policies, and standards. Your expertise will be essential in monitoring and analyzing key performance indicators, and establishing processes and methodologies for preventative actions.
You'll work closely with our team to execute and support business necessary changes requested by clients.
You'll be responsible for administering a mainframe system and ensuring its availability.
You'll have the opportunity to work on critical security projects and initiatives.
This role is mission-critical to our organization, and you'll have a direct impact on our mainframe system's security and compliance. Your expertise will be essential in maintaining the integrity of our system and ensuring it meets our security customer policies.

Required Skills and Experience:
Over 2 years of hands-on experience with ACF2 Broadcom.
Implementation of ACF2 product updates and procedures.
Handling ACF2 security-related issues.
Over 2 years of experience with IBM RACF.
Experience supporting customer requests and managing client relationships.
Strong knowledge of security practices and procedures.
Experience in performing self-audits of mainframe controls, policies, and standards; planning and executing remediation/improvement actions.
Experience in monitoring and analyzing key performance indicators, and establishing processes and methodologies for preventative actions.
Good understanding and experience with digital certificates.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
Participation in mainframe logical security projects.
International security certification is a plus.
Coordination with the zOS system programming group (zOS, CICs, VTAM, DB2, etc.)
Implementation of RACF security product updates and procedures.
The compensation range for the position in the U.S. is $93,360 to $177,360 based on a full-time schedule.
Your actual compensation may vary depending on your geography, job-related skills and experience. For part time roles, the compensation will be adjusted appropriately. The pay or salary range will not be below any applicable state, city or local minimum wage requirement.
There is a different applicable compensation range for the following work locations:
California: $102,720 to $213,000
Colorado: $93,360 to $177,360
New York City: $112,080 to $213,000
Washington: $102,720 to $195,120
Washington DC: $102,720 to $195,120
This position will be eligible for Kyndryl’s discretionary annual bonus program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Kyndryl’s applicable plans. You may also receive a comprehensive benefits package which includes medical and dental coverage, disability, retirement benefits, paid leave, and paid time off. Note: If this is a sales commission eligible role, you will be eligible to participate in a sales commission plan in lieu of the annual discretionary bonus program.
