Description
We have a client in need of organized and self-driven Billing and Accounting Coordinator for their professional services firm. In this position, the Billing & Accounting Coordinator will maintain the billing, accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, and reporting for the accounting department. Major responsibilities
Manage billing for various project and accounts
Knowledgeable in credit card management and reconciliation
Work on special projects occasionally
Oversee Accounts Receivable
Verify and manage aging reports
Update Accounts Payable
Requirements
Top notch analytical, organizational, and vendor management skills
Strong organization skills with a sense of urgency and capable of prioritizing multiple tasks
- Dynamic accounting experience, including as a Bookkeeper preferred
Self-starter with efficient time management and organizational skills
High attention to detail
Exceptional analytical, quantitative and social skills
Knowledge of Accounts Payable (AP)
General familiarity with month end closings
Well-founded grasp of Microsoft Excel
Wide ranging experience with Omega
Quality experience with QuickBooks
Account reconciliation experience
Proficiency in Accounts Receivable (AR)
Earlier work involving billing
Bank reconciliations experience preferred
Proven knowledge of data entry
Demonstrated ability to work in a dynamic and constantly changing company environment
Sound written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills and a proven ability to meet deadlines
