The Job Mission:

The job applicant is responsible for leading the development and execution of key sales strategies to defend and expand the current business. He/she plans, directs and coordinates the activities of the sales managers under his/her supervision, according to the goals set in order to obtain the maximum profitability and volume in relation to the preset standards.

What you will do -

1. Sales

  • Leads the sales team, sets their goals and makes sure that the corporate strategies are followed in order to achieve the goals set.

  • Develops and recommends strategic plans for the sales team to get a greater market share/penetration and Orthopaedics business sustainability growth.

  • Leads Indirect channel strategy through Orthopaedics' sales team.

  • Leads Mako sales strategy.

2. Results Report

  • Responsible for the Results Report of the franchise, strategy and sales.

  • Other assignments as defined by the general manager.

3. Team Leadership

  • Coaching, developing and driving direct subordinates giving opportunities of development and growth.

  • Building maintaining the outstanding engagement of the employees all over the department.

  • Conducting annual performance evaluation.

4. Compliance

  • He/she should conduct all business and affairs in accordance with all laws and regulations, including the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) and Stryker’s Code of Conduct, according to the highest ethical standards.

What you need -

  • Business Administration University Certificate.

  • Experience in management is a must.

  • Experience in Medical Devices is a must.

  • Experience in sales or sales management is a must.

  • Communication (fluent in Portuguese, English and Spanish).

  • Team work.

  • Customer-oriented.

  • Result-driven.

  • Negotiation skills.

  • Problem-solver.

  • Full accountability for development of team, successors and overall team engagement and performance.
