Meta Business Messaging Manager in São Paulo, Brazil

Summary:

Meta is seeking an experienced business development leader to drive strategic projects and initiatives to accelerate the Business Messaging business for the LATAM region. This role will be responsible for delivering on the regional growth of business messaging through: Generating a regional growth plan, Clearly communicating the plan to country sales teams, Executing the plan in step with the country sales teams and keeping everyone up-to-date as things change, Identifying critical decisions that need to be made and ensuring they are made within region or with the global product teams and Measuring success against the plan.This role brings together a variety of skills. They need product understanding, regional operating context and the ability to navigate through a complex matrix of information to bring a compelling and executional plan to grow business messaging. They bring together skills that may exist in our operations, sales or product teams to champion the growth of our business messaging products and business. They will need to be able to undertake the following:Develop deep, impactful relationships with multiple internal stakeholders - in-region and around the world. They both rally and lead XFNs and are a sought after partner on all things business messaging in regionCoordinating with product teams, sales teams, market and customer insights and integrating information and communication channels. They develop, simplify and execute the business development plan and context to provide updates and reporting. The successful candidate will be organized, able to shift seamlessly between proactive and reactive requests, including strategic projects and daily operations. This person should be a team player and eager to work in a fast-paced, high expectations' environment. Additionally, the ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, and will be resourceful in building relationships across the larger Meta ecosystem.

Required Skills:

Business Messaging Manager Responsibilities:

  1. Manage cross-functional communications and strategic coordination to deliver on defined projects to support the Global Business Group on Business Messaging

  2. Design and execute on a standard cadence of operations, while also independently developing and managing project plans to support key stakeholder asks

  3. Bring visibility and control to the client and BSP partner sales governance and pipeline flows across messaging platforms

  4. Drive business Insights, with key XFN partners, to conduct impactful analysis of revenue, products, verticals, and opportunities,

  5. Contribute to content and communication development for internal and external stakeholder engagements and communications

  1. 6+ years of experience in executive support, consulting, project management, or other client-facing roles

  2. Proven communication, project and process management skills

  3. Experience managing complex, cross-functional projects, from ideation to execution

  4. Experience working effectively with people at all levels, both inside and outside of Meta

  5. Willingness to act proactively and shift priorities quickly

  6. Proven experience in driving end-to-end strategy setting and implementation, including influencing senior stakeholder buy-in.

  7. Fluency in English and Portuguese OR Spanish (speaking and writing)

  3. Experience with communications, marketing, and/or sales/sales operation is preferred

  4. 4+ years experience in business operations, analytics or planning, and/or sales and sales operations

  5. Demonstrable problem-solving experience with experience providing practical business insights from large, complex data sets.
