Nasze wymagania:

• Wykształcenie techniczne z zakresu mechaniki, preferowane w specjalności budowa maszyn lub zbliżone.

• Dobra znajomość rysunku technicznego.

• Obsługa narzędzi standardowego oprogramowania MS-Office.

• Znajomość jakościowej metodologii analizy problemów wg. 8D, 5WHY, Ishikawa, QRQC.

• Znajomość języka angielskiego na poziomie przynajmniej A2, znajomość języka niemieckiego będzie dodatkowym atutem.

• Umiejętność analizy danych i efektywnego raportowania.

• Przegląd i analiza raportów międzyoperacyjnych.

• Nadzór oraz ocena produktu pod kątem zgodności z wymaganiami Klienta i dokumentacji prototypowej.

• Analiza i raportowanie wyników pomiarów do zleceniodawców

• Koordynacja pomiarów międzyoperacyjnych na urządzeniach i narzędziach pomiarowych, opieka nad sprzętem podlegającym kalibracji.

• Raportowanie niezgodności jakościowych produktu do dedykowanych komórek organizacyjnych.

• Wykonywanie przyjęć i zwrotów, w systemie SAP, komponentów niezgodnych jakościowo.

• Weryfikacja, przygotowanie procedur i instrukcji dotyczących jakości, koordynacja alertów jakościowych w obszarze prototypowni.
